Thank you for your interest in getting baptized at the Sterling Heights campus. Please complete this form starting with the person that wants to participate in the baptism. Because we try to keep our services to an hour long, we disperse our baptisms in order to create uniformity. We will try our best to honor your choice of service, but please provide two options for when you are available to get baptized. If you are registering a minor, someone from family ministries will be in touch with you to follow up.
