Please fill out the form for all individuals that you plan on registering. Towards the end of the registration, the form will ask how many children you are registering for the childcare option. Please follow the format "Child's First Name & Child's Last Name, Age." For example, Ashley Smith, 4 and Brady Smith, 9.

If you haven't checked your children into HC Kids before we ask that you register them before you attend class. You will receive an email with a link to register them after you sign up for this class. Be sure to check your email.
